    1. Start from the Small Business Administration at the intersection of Oleander Dr and College Rd

    2. Head west on Oleander Dr

    3. Oleander Dr becomes Wooster St

    4. From Wooster St, turn right onto S 3rd St near Carvana Wilmington

    5. Continue on S 3rd St

    6. Turn left onto Chestnut St

    7. Turn right onto N Front St

    8. The Elia will be on the right
